Aftwrk operates a network that connects LinkedIn account holders with B2B companies seeking outreach capacity. We act as the intermediary — managing account access, calculating compensation, and processing payments.

• Identity data — full name and ID verification documents (used once, not stored permanently).
• Contact data — email address.
• LinkedIn account data — session token (no password is ever stored), profile metadata (name, headline, connection count).
• Payment data — payout method details (Wise bank transfer or crypto wallet address).
• Usage data — dashboard access logs, connection/disconnection events, uptime records.

We process your data strictly to operate the platform:

• Verify your identity and confirm LinkedIn account ownership.
• Maintain the LinkedIn session for outreach activity.
• Calculate and process your compensation.
• Notify you when re-verification is needed.
• Provide dashboard access so you can monitor earnings and account status.
• Investigate disputes and prevent fraud.
• Comply with legal obligations.

• Contractual necessity — processing is required to perform the agreement between you and Aftwrk (account management, compensation, payouts).
• Legitimate interests — fraud prevention, platform security, and service improvement.
• Legal obligation — retention of financial records as required by applicable tax and accounting law.

• Payment processors — Wise (bank transfers) and cryptocurrency payment providers, solely to execute payouts.
• ID verification providers — third-party identity verification services used during onboarding.
• Legal authorities — only when required by law, court order, or regulatory request.

With the session token, Aftwrk accesses:

• Profile name and headline.
• Messaging inbox (for outreach activity only).
• Connection list (count and metadata — we do not export or store your personal network contacts).

We do not export or store private messages. Messaging access is used solely for sending outreach on behalf of B2B clients and monitoring delivery status.

• Payment records — retained for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting regulations.
• Email address — deleted 12 months after account disconnection, unless required for ongoing legal matters.
• Session tokens — invalidated immediately upon account disconnection.
• Campaign logs — deleted within 90 days of the campaign ending.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — update inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion — request erasure of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Object or restrict — object to processing or request that we limit how we use your data.
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time.

We take the security of your data seriously and implement the following measures:

• Encrypted storage for all sensitive data, including payment details and session tokens.
• Secure session token management with automatic invalidation on disconnect.
• Role-based access controls limiting who within our team can access personal data.
• Regular security reviews and infrastructure monitoring.

We use essential cookies for authentication (session token) and locale preferences. We use basic analytics to understand how the platform is used and to improve the experience. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or any form of cross-site tracking.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice via email or in-app notification before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
