Terms of Service

Aftwrk operates a network that connects verified LinkedIn account holders ("Agents") with vetted B2B companies seeking to conduct professional outreach. By connecting your LinkedIn account through Aftwrk, you grant us limited, revocable access to use your account for approved outreach campaigns on behalf of our clients.

You are not an employee of Aftwrk or any of our clients. Your relationship with Aftwrk is that of an independent contractor providing access to a digital asset (your LinkedIn account) in exchange for compensation.

To qualify as an Agent, your LinkedIn account must meet the following criteria:

• Account must be at least 12 months old
• Minimum of 100+ connections
• Real profile photo (no logos, illustrations, or blank images)
• Visible work experience on your profile
• Successful completion of ID verification
• You must be at least 18 years of age

• We do not store your LinkedIn password. Access is managed through secure session tokens.
• Your profile information, headline, photo, and connections will not be modified.
• You cannot log in to LinkedIn directly while your account is connected. Doing so may trigger security flags and disrupt the service.
• Periodic re-verification may be required to maintain account access.
• Full access to your LinkedIn account is returned immediately upon disconnection.

Agents are compensated as follows:

• $40 signup bonus — paid after your account is verified and connected
• $40/month recurring — paid for every 30 consecutive connected days
• $10/month per referral — earned for each active referred Agent, with no cap on the number of referrals

Payouts are processed via Wise (bank transfer) or cryptocurrency. You must maintain a valid payout method on your account to receive payments.

Earnings are paused automatically if your account becomes disconnected or paused, and resume when the connection is restored.

Your LinkedIn account is used exclusively for B2B sales outreach on behalf of our vetted client companies. Here is what that means in practice:

• All clients are vetted by Aftwrk before being granted access to any Agent accounts.
• Outreach messages are reviewed for professionalism and compliance before being sent.
• We will never contact your personal network connections as part of any campaign.
• Your profile (photo, headline, summary, experience) will not be changed or modified.
• All activity is visible through your Aftwrk dashboard.
• You may flag any concerns about outreach activity at any time.
• We do not work with clients in cryptocurrency, MLM, adult content, or any other prohibited industries.

• Keep your LinkedIn account connected and active for the duration of your engagement.
• Respond to re-verification requests promptly when notified.
• Do not interfere with, block, or manipulate any outreach activity on your connected account.
• Provide accurate personal and account information during registration and verification.
• Do not connect the same LinkedIn account to any competing platform or service during your engagement with Aftwrk.

You may request to disconnect your LinkedIn account at any time. The following terms apply:

• A 30-day notice period applies from the date of your disconnection request.
• You will continue to earn compensation throughout the notice period.
• Aftwrk reserves the right to terminate your account immediately in cases of fraud, terms violations, or conduct that harms the platform or its clients.
• Any unpaid compensation owed at the time of termination will be paid within 14 business days.

Your LinkedIn account remains subject to LinkedIn's own User Agreement and Professional Community Policies at all times. By using Aftwrk, you acknowledge that:

• You are independently responsible for compliance with LinkedIn's terms.
• Aftwrk is not liable for any actions LinkedIn takes against your account.
• If LinkedIn requires re-verification of your account, we will notify you and offer a $10 bonus for completing the process.

• You retain full ownership of your LinkedIn account and all associated content.
• By connecting your account, you grant Aftwrk a limited, revocable licence to use your account for the purposes described in these terms.
• We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal data to third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the service.

Aftwrk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• Our total liability to you is limited to 3 months of compensation based on your account's most recent earnings history.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of earnings, LinkedIn account restrictions, data loss, or reputational harm.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. For any material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice via email or through your Aftwrk dashboard before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms of Service or your use of the Aftwrk platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration authority. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
