Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Aftwrk ("we", "us", "the Platform") operates a marketplace where registered users ("Agents") connect their LinkedIn profiles to be used for AI-powered sales outreach on behalf of client companies. Agents earn passive income based on the tier, uptime, and connection quality of their linked accounts.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Aftwrk. By registering, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the LinkedIn account(s) you connect and that you have the authority to grant access to your profile for outreach purposes.

3. Agent Obligations

• Keep your LinkedIn account connected and active throughout the billing cycle.
• Complete re-verification when prompted to maintain your tier status.
• Do not interfere with, block, or manipulate outreach activity performed through your profile.
• Provide accurate registration information including your name, email, and country.
• Maintain at least one valid payout method on your account.

4. Tier System & Earnings

Each connected LinkedIn account is assigned a tier (Bronze, Silver, or Gold) based on verification status and connection count. Earnings are calculated per-account using the formula: tier rate multiplied by the ratio of connected days to total days in the billing cycle. Tier rates may be adjusted at our discretion with reasonable notice.

5. Payment Terms

Earnings are calculated at the end of each monthly billing cycle (calendar month, UTC). Payouts are processed to the Agent's selected payment method (bank transfer, PayPal, cryptocurrency, or PIX). We reserve the right to withhold payment if we suspect fraudulent activity, terms violations, or if an account fails verification.

6. Disconnect & Lock Period

When you request to disconnect a LinkedIn account, a 30-day lock period begins. During this period, your account remains active and continues earning. You may cancel the disconnect request at any time before the lock period expires. After the 30-day lock, the account is fully disconnected and stops earning.

7. Affiliate Program

Agents may refer new users through their unique referral code. For each referred Agent who connects and maintains an active LinkedIn account, the referring Agent earns an affiliate bonus as defined in the current loyalty parameters. Abuse of the referral system (self-referrals, fake accounts) will result in forfeiture of affiliate bonuses and potential account termination.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any behavior that harms the Platform or its clients. You may close your account at any time by disconnecting all LinkedIn accounts and contacting support. Outstanding earnings for completed billing cycles will be paid out according to normal schedule.

9. Limitation of Liability

Aftwrk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of earnings, LinkedIn account restrictions, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount of earnings owed to you for the most recent completed billing cycle.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
