• Account information: name, email address, country, and password (hashed).
• LinkedIn data: session cookies, profile metadata (name, headline, connection count, verification status), and profile photo URL.
• Payment information: payout method details (bank account, PayPal email, crypto wallet address, or PIX key/CPF/CNPJ) as provided by you.
• Usage data: login timestamps, account connection/disconnection events, and uptime logs.
• Referral data: referral codes and the relationship between referring and referred Agents.

2. How We Use Your Data

• AI sales outreach: Your connected LinkedIn profile is used to send outreach messages on behalf of client companies. This is the core service you are compensated for.
• Tier calculation: LinkedIn metadata (connection count, verification status) determines your account tier and earnings rate.
• Payments: Payout method details are used to process your monthly earnings.
• Platform operation: Usage data helps us monitor uptime, detect fraud, and improve the service.
• Communication: Your email is used for account notifications, billing updates, and important service announcements.

3. Data Sharing

We share your data with the following parties:

• Client companies: Your LinkedIn profile is made available for outreach campaigns. Clients see your profile as it appears publicly on LinkedIn.
• Infrastructure providers: We use third-party services (hosting, database, payment processing) that may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose data when required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use essential cookies for authentication (session token) and locale preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels. A service worker may cache static assets locally for performance.

5. Payment Information Security

Payout method details are stored encrypted in our database. We do not store full bank account numbers in application logs. Payment processing is handled through secure, industry-standard channels. You may update or change your payout method at any time through your profile settings.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account closure, we retain billing records and transaction history for up to 3 years for legal and accounting purposes. LinkedIn session data is deleted immediately upon account disconnection. Uptime logs are retained for the duration of the associated billing cycle plus 90 days.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Update inaccurate or incomplete information via your profile settings.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent: Disconnect your LinkedIn account(s) at any time, subject to the 30-day lock period.

8. Children's Privacy

Aftwrk is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that we have collected data from a user under 18, we will promptly delete their account.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
